Booking Appointments

Patients are seen by appointment only. Genuine emergencies will always be seen as soon as possible.

Our Reception Team are asked by the GP Partners to ask for a brief reason for the appointment both at reception and on the telephone. Please be assured that this is simply to book you in with correct clinician, ensuring we utilise our appointments with maximum efficiency.

Patients booking appointments on line should visit WHO I NEED TO SEE section above before booking appointments.

We ask all of our patients to appreciate how valuable our appointments are, if you are unable to attend please cancel your appointment with plenty of time so we can offer it to another patient.

For further information for the on-line appointment booking service, go to PATIENT ACCESS section of this website.

Emergency (Book on the Day) Appointments

Emergency appointments become available at 08:00 every morning Monday - Friday. Patients are able to book over the telephone, at reception and on-line. Please note that these appointments are taken extremely quickly.

Pre-Bookable Appointments & Telephone Consultations

Following patient requests, from April 2019 we have changed our appointment system to enable patients to book appointments up to two weeks in advance.

There are circumstances where you may wish to speak to a doctor or nurse without the necessity of seeing them.  If so, ring the surgery as usual and ask if you can book a telephone consultation.

Cancelling Appointments

It is extremely important to let us know if you need to cancel an appointment. You can cancel appointments by texting (free of charge), please ensure we have your up to date mobile number to use this service.
